The Skinny Pancake is a locally-sourced creperie featuring sweet and savory crepes, coffee, burgers, milkshakes, craft beer and brunch cocktails.
The Skinny Pancake started in 2003 as a simple food cart built from scraps, and has since grown into a beloved local chain across Vermont, New York, and the Northeast - and most recently, Peabody!
With a focus on locally-sourced food and community connection, we’ve expanded to 9 locations across the Northeast, staying true to our mission every step of the way.
